MND today announces the signing of a partnership with the Courchevel Sports Club (CDS Courchevel), which organises sporting events at the Courchevel ski resort, located in the Three Valleys region of Savoy, France.

Under the partnership, MND will become CDS Courchevel's official supplier through two of its subsidiaries, MBS (ski slope protection) and SUFAG (snowmaking) for the next four seasons. MND Group products will play a crucial role in the various competitions organised at Courchevel, particularly during World Cup events.

In the protection sector, Courchevel's Emile Allais slalom stadium will be fitted with 250 FIS-approved hinged slalom poles supplied by MBS during the four seasons. The company will also be leasing safety netting, protective pads and an inflatable arrival platform for the Women's Alpine World Cup to be held there in December.
Under this equipment lease agreement, which includes technical support, MBS will also provide CDS Courchevel with equipment and services for the International Ski Jumping World Cup, which is to take place in August 2015.

SUFAG will provide snowmaking technology in the form of new generation fan-type snow cannons to be installed in the existing network. This equipment will increase snowmaking capacity at the lower part of the stadium. Training in the use of the new equipment will be provided to the Courchevel Sports Club teams.

This partnership will enhance the reputation of SUFAG, which is already a world-renowned manufacturer of high-pressure (lance) and low-pressure (fan) snow cannons boasting the most comprehensive range of equipment on the market today.
