MND today announces the signing of a partnership with the Val d'Isère Sports Club (CDS Val d'Isère), which organises sporting events at the French alpine resort of Val d'Isère.

Via its ski slope protection subsidiary MBS, MND will be the official technical partner of CDS Val d'Isère for the coming four seasons. MND Group products will play a crucial role in the various competitions organised at the resort.

This partnership makes MBS the official supplier of the Critérium de la Première Neige, an FIS World Cup women's and men's ski racing event held in December.

In April, MBS will equip the slopes for the La Scara event, the only junior international alpine ski racing competition in France designed for budding champions aged 12-15 years.

MBS will provide CDS Val d'Isère with its expertise plus an internationally renowned range of premium quality ski slope protection solutions.

The service contract signed between MBS and CDS Val d'Isère involves the leasing of equipment and provision of technicians and will run until 2019.

MND to sponsor Victor Muffat Jeandet at the South Korea Winter Olympics

Victor Muffat Jeandet bagged his first ever World Cup podium victory by coming 2nd in the Alpine Combined event at Wengen, Switzerland in January 2015. In recognition of their shared values, MND is extending its sponsorship contract with the French downhill skier and master of technical disciplines until after the 2018 Winter Olympics hosted by Pyeongchang, South Korea.

Victor Muffat Jeandet, who trained at Bonneval-sur-Arc, made one of the most spectacular climbs in the World Cup rankings last season. He is also a member of the Val d'Isère Sports Club.
